Steve Rodger I came across this excellent slice of prog sludge nine months ago but could I remember what it was called or who it was by, could I fuck. All I knew was the cover had a sailing ship in a wood on it. Anyway I found it today and as soon as payday arrives I'm getting a vinyl copy....

Terraforms 03:48
Shapeshift our world from dust. Harvest the body and bleed the soul. Hand over what you have taken from the land. Never to give it back to the Earth again. We are made way. Heaven is far from here. Cut by the wind, the cold burning my eyes. Deplete all that is ours, leave skin behind you wretched worm.
2.
Uprooted, ready to fall. Trees bleeding caution to us all. Ill met by moonlight. And the wolves bite and scratch at you. Claws. No one here gets out of this place. Judged by seven billion blinded eyes all their diluted lies pollute my mind.
3.
Tyrant 03:45
Those who rise like the tide. Massive towers of grey cast shadows. Blackened lungs, golden teeth, leathered skin, caves like eyes. Dark dead trees still growing. Forever always chased. We can’t wish to be loud enough to get out of our luck that is fate. But not through faith but through the face of those who prove all stays same, constant change.
4.
Thought fragment blinding, never seen. House unseen, haunted dream sleeping in the shadows. The more you see in your sleep, less reality. Extending reality in sleep, your mind starting to piece together. Not quite as simple as it seems, yet all too coincidental. All that you see, wherever you travel will be similar yet accidental. Accidental.
5.
Shrouded by light amongst the black. Wolves are hungry to feed the pack. A broken spirit you wander home, when you get there you’re all alone. All alone in this world. My salvation is in your hand. A seed is drying in the sand. A ghost is growing an evil plan to spill his envy across the land. Across the land, in this world. I’m scared of thoughts made by my head, painting shadows to my bed. Weary eyes burning brighter than before. Believe the lies I am fed.

7.
Husk 07:34
My heart won’t see the differences you breed. Take my eyes. Feeling right, I will give you my sight. To see for me ought to be a way to stretch. We reach. Find the way home through the snowfall. Birthing new life from machine cog. Shape my face, mold my mind. Shape my fate, indoctrinate. We’re molding your mind. We’re shaping your skin. We’re changing your thoughts. Indoctrinate. Affect the masses.
